FAQ
How much will it cost me to hire Kurniadi & Kurniadi?
“No Recovery, No Fee Cases”
Every case is unique according to its factual circumstance and the legal consequences of those facts. With that in mind, most cases handled at Kurniadi & Kurniadi are taken on a No Recovery, No Fee basis. This means that we do not collect a fee for representing your matter unless we recover on your behalf. Typically, we handle serious injury, elder abuse, and consumer law cases on a No Recovery, No Fee basis. Depending on the facts of the case, we occasionally handle real estate matters on a No Recovery, No Fee basis.
We provide tenacious legal representation to injured persons, while offering three possible fee structures: Pure Contingency fee basis, hybrid-contingency fee basis, and hourly fee basis. Pure Contingency fee basis is a fee structure in which our firm does not charge any fees up front or per hour. Nothing is owed to our firm unless we successfully recover money on our client’s behalf. Hybrid-contingency fee basis is a fee structure in which a retainer fee is provided up front for costs only. Clients are only responsible to pay for costs and nothing more, including hourly fees, unless we successfully recover money on our client’s behalf. Hourly fee basis is a fee structure in which our clients pay for attorney services per hour, but retain the full recovery.
