Case Summary

Loan officer misrepresented loan terms to a borrower and refinanced borrower into a loan that was more expensive than prior loan.  Pre-trial discovery revealed borrower’s signatures were forged on loan disclosures.  The attorneys of Kurniadi & Kurniadi were able to obtain a favorable recovery from the mortgage broker and lender days before proceeding with trial in federal court.
