Case Summary

Loan officer misrepresented loan terms of a home refinance.  Numerous loan documents contained inconsistent disclosures regarding the finance interest.  The difference in interest rate on loan disclosures was slight, but the attorneys of Kurniadi & Kurniadi were still able to recover damages against the mortgage broker and officer.
